Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy Desert Mountain Retreat is dedicated to delivering exceptional wellness experiences in the serene Chiricahua Mountains of Arizona. To ensure transparency and confidence in your booking, we maintain the following refund policy.

Digital Products Digital products, including downloadable guides (e.g., Sprout Harvesting Guide), are delivered immediately upon purchase. Given their instantaneous and non-returnable nature, all digital product sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are provided once delivery has occurred.

Services and Retreat Bookings For personalized consultations, wellness coaching packages, and all-inclusive retreat reservations, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Full refund — Cancellations received more than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (or service commencement date for consultations/coaching) qualify for a 100% refund to the original payment method.
  • Partial refund — Cancellations received 15 days or fewer prior to the scheduled arrival date (or service commencement date) incur a 20% cancellation fee to offset administrative, preparation, and opportunity costs. The remaining 80% will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • No refund — No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after the scheduled arrival date, including no-shows and same-day cancellations.

To initiate a cancellation, please email us promptly at info@desertmountainretreat.com with your full name, booking/reference details, and intended cancellation date. We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.

Additional Provisions

  • Refunds are issued exclusively to the original form of payment.
  • In the unlikely event Desert Mountain Retreat must cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, facility emergencies, or other force majeure events), participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance—particularly for extended retreat packages—to provide additional protection against unforeseen cancellations or interruptions.
