These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Desert Mountain Retreat (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, digital products, personalized consultations, wellness coaching packages, and all-inclusive retreat experiences in the Chiricahua Mountains of Arizona.
By accessing our website, purchasing any product or service, or participating in any retreat or program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Services We offer transformative wellness experiences, including:
- Digital downloadable products (e.g., guides and resources)
- Personalized wellness consultations and coaching packages
- All-inclusive retreat bookings with accommodations, meals, activities, and programming

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18) to purchase services or participate in retreats. By engaging with us, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Bookings and Payments
- To secure a retreat spot, consultation, or coaching package, you must complete the booking process and provide full or partial payment as specified.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at booking.
- All payments are processed in U.S. dollars via our secure payment processor.
- Prices exclude taxes, travel to/from the retreat location, personal expenses, travel insurance, and any items not explicitly listed as included.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy Digital Products Digital products are delivered instantly and are non-returnable. All digital sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered once delivered.
Services and Retreat Bookings

Full refund: Cancellations received more than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (or service commencement date for consultations/coaching) qualify for a 100% refund to the original payment method.

Partial refund: Cancellations received 15 days or fewer prior to the scheduled arrival date (or service commencement date) incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative, preparation, and opportunity costs. The remaining 80% will be refunded to the original payment method.

No refund: No refunds for cancellations on or after the scheduled arrival date, including no-shows and same-day cancellations.
To cancel, email info@desertmountainretreat.com with your full name, booking details, and cancellation date. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
In the event we must cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, facility issues, health/safety concerns, or force majeure events), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection, especially for retreats.
5. Participant Responsibilities and Conduct
- You agree to follow all retreat guidelines, safety instructions, and staff directions.
- Respectful behavior toward staff, other participants, the property, and the environment is required. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe conduct may result in removal without refund.
- You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, dietary needs, or limitations that could affect participation. We reserve the right to decline or remove participants if participation poses a risk to themselves or others.
- You are responsible for your personal belongings and travel arrangements to/from the retreat location.
6. Health and Liability Waiver Wellness activities (e.g., hiking, yoga, workshops) involve physical and emotional elements. You participate at your own risk. We are not medical professionals; our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You release Desert Mountain Retreat, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, loss, damage, or death arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misconduct.
7. Intellectual Property All content on our website, digital products, retreat materials, and programming (text, images, guides, curricula) is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link to your Privacy Policy page or document], which is incorporated herein.
9. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cochise County, Arizona.
11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
