Digital Products Digital items—such as downloadable guides (e.g., Sprout Harvesting Guide), e-books, audio files, or online course materials—are delivered instantly upon successful payment verification.

  • An automated email with download instructions and/or access links is sent immediately after order processing.
  • Delivery occurs within minutes (dependent on your internet and email provider).
  • No shipping fees apply to digital products, and all digital sales are final (refer to our Refund Policy for details).

Physical Products / Merchandise For any physical items we offer—such as branded wellness apparel, journals, essential oil kits, or retreat-inspired merchandise (subject to current availability):

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Processing begins after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods and Times (U.S. Domestic Only): We use reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing for most U.S. addresses.
    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fees apply; selectable at checkout).
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (after discounts, excluding taxes and fees).
    • For orders under $100, a flat rate of $8–$15 applies (calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination; no free shipping for orders below this threshold).
    • Expedited options are quoted in real time at checkout.
  • Shipping Address: Verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • International Shipping: Not currently available. We prioritize reliable U.S. domestic service and competitive domestic pricing.
  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed upon shipment. Monitor your package via the carrier’s website.
  • Delivery Issues: Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@desertmountainretreat.com if your order is delayed, lost, or damaged. Provide your order number and photos (where relevant); we will coordinate promptly with the carrier.
